1. Take your pick...date night, girls night out, or night out alone?
I would definately pick the date night. The Man and I get to enjoy lunch out together from time to time since he's often off during the week while the girls are at school. It's rare though that we ever go out at night on a date. Early in our marriage, we enjoyed going to plays, musicals and concerts and I'd love to do that again.
2. Can you touch your nose with your tongue?
No, not even close. My mom can and my girls think it's hystercal that she can.
3. What is your favorite flower and why?
I love tulips. I love the wide range of colors and they are very delicate and graceful looking. For many, many years I hated them though. In elementery school I was a tulip in a play. We had to wear these big flowers made out of cardboard and tissue paper on our heads. Mine was extra big and got hung on the flower beside me when I was to step forward and say my line. People in the audience laughed and I was mortified. My 7 year old mind decided it was the tulip's fault of course and so I hated them for many years. Eventually, I got over it. Time heals all wounds and such.
4. If you could go back in time, what advice would you give yourself?
Oh, what wouldn't I say. I think I would tell myself to let Jesus be my friend and to not treat myself so poorly, that my life had value and I shouldn't waste it.
5. If you won the lottery, what is the very first thing you would do?
After taking 10% off the top, I'd pay off the mortgage on our house in Kentucky and give it away. I think it would be so awesome to be able to give away a house to someone who could use it.
